Pregnancy massage supports relaxation and common aches and pains and is a supportive and nurturing addition to your prenatal care. My additional specialized bodywork focuses on abdominal and uterine massage, which supports fertility, digestive health, postpartum recovery, and overall reproductive and pelvic wellness.
Sessions are integrative care, combining bodywork, and herbal, nutritional, and other healing modalities as needed and desired. Each session is individualized and designed to nourish your whole being.

Postpartum
