I offer therapeutic massage sessions that are a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point work to ease pain and tension. Full-body massage supports health and is deep nervous system care. If you are stressed or in pain, this work is for you.
I also offer pregnancy massage to support relaxation and common aches and pains, and additional specialized bodywork focused on the abdominal, womb, and sacral areas. This bodywork supports digestive health, cycle balancing, womb healing, fertility preparation, postpartum recovery, and overall pelvic wellness.
Sessions are integrative care, combining bodywork, and herbal, nutritional, and other healing modalities as needed and desired. Each session is individualized and designed to nourish your whole being.
