About Me
I’m Bethany Wilde, massage therapist and author of Pelvic Awakening. I’m also an herbalist, offering daily tonic remedies to support nourishment and vitality for women and mothers.
After walking through multiple pregnancies, I found myself needing more — deep replenishment, nourishment, and re-mineralizing to return to a state of vitality. The formulas I offer are the very ones that have been most life-giving and supportive to me.
Bodywork sessions blend the physical and the energetic, weaving hands-on care with deep trust in the body’s innate blueprint for healing. Healing sessions are a space for women to reconnect with their feminine center, which supports a woman’s connection with her power, voice, and deep rootedness.
Supporting women in reclaiming their vitality and find more ease and nourishment during their pregnancies, is sacred and important work. It’s an honor to walk alongside women during these seasons.
Thank you for being here.
