About Me
I’m Bethany Wilde, women’s health massage therapist and author of Pelvic Awakening.
I offer grounded, holistic support for women who are simply seeking to relieve stress and pain in their bodies, as well as offer specialized bodywork for women navigating pelvic, abdominal, and womb-related imbalances. My work is rooted in helping women feel healthy, whole, and vital in their bodies. I create a calm, nourishing space where the nervous system can settle, which creates the foundation for healing. Restorative and therapeutic massage is deeply supportive of the body’s health, easing muscle tension and supporting flow in the body.
Through hands-on bodywork and complementary holistic modalities, I support the deep systems of the female body: reproductive, digestive, nervous, and energetic. My specialized women’s bodywork draws from traditional womb care, herbal wisdom, and years of hands-on experience with women.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that your body has an innate blueprint for wholeness, and sometimes just needs the right support and tools.
Thank you for being here.
